Cookies and similar technologies are small files or identifiers stored on or read from a visitor's device. They may ensure website
functionality, retain a user's choice or measure website use.
The current list of deployed cookies must be available in the 'Cookie Settings' window and, for each item, state the name, provider, purpose, category, validity period and whether it is a third-party cookie. The list shall be updated whenever website technologies change. If a category contains no technology, the website must not indicate that the category is in use.
• On the first visit, optional cookies are not loaded before the user makes a choice.
• The user may choose 'Accept all', 'Reject all' or configure individual categories with equal ease; optional categories must not be enabled in advance.
• Consent may be changed or withdrawn at any time through the permanently available 'Cookie Settings' link in the website footer. Withdrawal must be as easy as giving consent.
• Refusing optional cookies must not prevent booking or use of the website's basic functions.
If third-party tools are activated after consent, their provider, purpose, retention period and any transfer outside the European Economic Area shall be stated in the cookie settings before consent is given. The processing of personal data is governed by Part 2 of this document.
